Michael,
Just finished reading the first edition of the DTC Newsletter. "Very Cool"! I look forward to working with Gwynne in the near future. I know I have only been affiliated with DTC for less than one year and have had some success and some growing pains. But they have been good pains. Sort of like when you crack your back...but it felt so good.
To me the newsletter has come along at just the right time. To me this will be an additional medium to get help, share experiences, grow to the next level (or whatever level you want).
I want to tell you in the last 3 weeks I have been entertained by two past employers wanting me to consider returning. They both have expressed that the young talent that replaced me has not grown how they had planned. It felt real good to tell them (in a kind way) to blow it out their ear!
Thanks for the new resource with the newsletter and all your help with me to date. I truly look forward to the future!

Michael,
I just wanted to drop you a note and let you know what a positive experience it has been sitting in on Gwynne's classes. I have really enjoyed the classes and I always come out feeling very energized and excited about this opportunity. Though I am working another job until I can fully transition into the DTC program, I am working hard at getting all of this training completed, including the DOT certification here in a week. I am ready to get out and start drumming up some business!
Thanks again for the opportunity.

Hello Michael,
This is to let you know that everything went just fine today and the Drug kits were successfully delivered to Rehab Center first thing this morning. They are extremely happy and could not stop thanking me. Of course I followed up and prepared a formal letter of appreciation to the Executive Vice President for allowing me to be of service to them. Of course they asked when the other 2,000 test would be arriving and I informed them that they were already shipped . I would like to thank you for assisting me in responding to their immediate needs in a timely fashion. Your quick response allowed me to get the account sooner than I anticipated. Good job!
Thanks again,
D.R.
Michael,
Just a quick note to say that Gwynne Wilson did a great job with training today. I learned a lot but more importantly she made feel good about my choice to be in this business. Gwynne's teaching style is definitely conducive to an effective learning experience. I look forward to more training and the future business opportunity.
Have a great day.

Hello Michael!
All is well on this end. The drug testing went just fine last Friday. We have drafted a proposal for a maid service and recently mailed letters to local school superintendents. We have received 5 responses so far and that has turned into 3 set appointments with school districts. Next on our list are apartment complexes/leasing agencies as well as staffing firms. Thank you for all of the support along the way.
We look forward to touching base with you next week.
Adrienne
Michael;
We got our first client! I'll be going up every Monday (to start) to administer 20-25 tests after orientation of the employees. I also have the way to meet with the other 4 companies to help them establish drug-free workplace standards and with the union to offer our background checks, as the union conducts those when someone joins, instead of the company, who is not allowed per union agreement.
Thank you again for this opportunity.

Afternoon Michael,
Here are some pics from the trade show. Everything went great we had a ton of fun! We got around 65 Leads, half being really good. We have just finished touching base via email and thank you cards and Monday we will be following up with phone calls. Thank you for your help with the signs. The balloons were supposed to be in our booth but had a malfunction was definitely a conversation beginner.
Have a Great Day!!

Hi Michael,
I just want to let you know that yesterday I did a presentation regarding our services to college students and counselors in a community college. I had about 30 people in the classroom. The presentation was 50 minutes long with a PowerPoint presentation and it was great. The professor that invited me to do the presentation is the Clinic Administrator for all counselors in the college.
Also, the professor wants me to do a presentation for students and counselors every semester for his "Aspects of Drugs" class. One of the counselors who was part of my presentation group is going to be inviting me to meet with other counselors from the area to talk and explain our in-home drug testing program. It was great. I have been reading and studying our services and I was very comfortable talking about our services. I was very surprise how I was able to answer all questions asked by students and counselors. I had a great experience.
So far I will be participating in two health fairs in May and one in June. I'm so excited!!!
Talk to you later,
J.M.
Hi Michael,
Last week was a fun/busy week. 86 random (2 new customers), DNA, and a few walk-ins. I want this every week!

Hi Michael,
The Channel 6 news story aired last night on the 10:00 news. It was the lead off story, plus they showed clips of my story throughout the day on Sunday! I shipped out two orders this morning for the Alco screens and I just received a phone call from a gal who works at a high school. She's a mother who will be using them as a deterrent. She's getting all of her friends' orders and then sending her husband in to pick them up! Pretty darn cool!!

Hi Michael,
We landed our first big account – they just put a Drug Free Workplace Program in place and wanted all the employees to be tested. we are scheduled April 8th and 9th to do 125 tests. They will also be using us for random tests each year along with post-accident, and pre-employment. Very exciting!

Hi Michael,
Well, I was over prepared with the amount of materials I needed, but it is better to have too much than not enough. I can also use them for another show. The interest was amazing and I have 38 solid leads to follow up on this week. Four of them are the local employment service companies that are dissatisfied with their present lab services. They are looking for quicker turnaround time and results, which I can give them. I also have to set up a meeting with two other companies that have shared interest and we may partner our resources and connections. One is an outsourcing company that provides HR services to smaller companies; she would like to be able to offer her clients one more asset and be able to refer clients to me.
Tomorrow morning I have a meeting with one of the most prestigious rehabs in NY about providing them my services. So overall I would say it was a rousing success and that I would not hesitate to do it again.

Michael,
Hope you are well. I got a call for paternity testing. How do I do it if mother refuses??? Same price, same deal just less accurate???

Michael,
When dropping off the proposal today I was asked to sit down and review it with the group. They were fine with the dollars and will start notification of all employees in the next payroll cycle (30 days).
We are going to discuss all independent contractors that work for them next week. I also have a meeting with an apartment management group next week.
Hope all is well.

Michael,
Can you please email me the Drug Assessment Test Record Form? Want to be able to email client results and I like this form. Doing first home drug detection assessment today!! Also, tested 37 employees today with instant 10-panel. Yippee!

Hi Michael!
Things are moving along super! I will give you a call this afternoon, as we are out at the School District this morning!! Keep your fingers crossed!
We have also been asked to do a presentation (1.5 hrs) at a Master Builder function next month. They are interested in hearing about drug testing and an EAP program. Could possibly use some help on that one!
Thanks!

Hi Michael,
I think I told you that I have a new company on board for background checks. This came from my direct mailer so he gets the first 10 free. He's looking at doing drug testing so that will be good.
I just did his first background check and the applicant lied about his last two addresses and he has a long criminal record!! Whew! We saved this business owner from some potential major headaches as this guy has done a lot of "lifting". This owner is in complete shock because he said this applicant appeared to be a "great clean guy". As soon as Marie gets his account set up this owner is going to do a check on another applicant. I'm going to suggest he do a check on all of his current employees.
Just thought this was interesting.

Michael,
Good news, I landed the property management account today and they were so impressed with the speed of the system that I have gotten two more calls already from other property management companies that want a quote. I have all the passwords and stuff I need so I’m heading back in the AM to make sure all is good when they log in.
Now I'm working on the proposal for the jail account and also the proposal for the halfway houses. No rest for the wicked!!
Thanks for your time.
